Two media releases highlight Slovenia's first participation in the World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs survey

On 14 March 2025, Dnevnik published two articles about Slovenia's inclusion for the first time in the World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Survey in 2024, in which the Institute for Economic Research also participated. Analytical thinking, resilience, adaptability, agility and leadership are among the most sought-after skills of the future. Technological literacy, empathy, active listening, and lifelong learning are also growing in importance. Artificial intelligence and cybersecurity are among the fastest-growing areas, reflecting the need to adapt training programs and workforce development strategies.
