Dr Andrej Srakar, Fellow at the Institute for Economic Research, will coordinate a keynote session on citizen science data analysis at the forthcoming annual conference of the Royal Statistical Society, the oldest and most prestigious international statistical association, to be held in Brighton from 2 to 5 September 2024. The panel will present three selected papers that address the specificities of working with such data from different mathematical and methodological perspectives. The meeting will be chaired by the RSS President, Dr Andrew Garrett.
Dr Srakar will also present his own paper in the Methods and Theory sessions, proving a central limit theorem for large-scale language models with long memory, and moderate a special session on statistical aspects of cyber-security.
