This document marks a significant shift towards balanced national development, moving away from centralisation. The strategy's primary objective is to ensure a high quality of life in all regions, with residents having access to jobs with higher added value and essential services as close to home as possible. As a central development document, the strategy introduces a new polycentric development model. Focusing on economic transformation, regional resilience, quality of life and governance, it aims to reduce regional disparities and strengthen regional centres. Strategija kot osrednji razvojni dokument prina\u0161a nov model policentri\u010dnega razvoja. Osredoto\u010dena je na gospodarsko preobrazbo, odpornost regij, kakovost bivanja in upravljanje s ciljem zmanj\u0161anja regionalnih razlik ter okrepitve regijskih sredi\u0161\u010d.
