The event was designed as an opportunity to review the achievements of the I3 instrument, exchange practices, and shape future directions. The first part of the event was dedicated to plenary discussions and panels, where results with data, successful project stories, synergies with other programs, and the importance of the I3 instrument for regional growth and European competitiveness were presented. The second part of the event had a stronger work focus and included coordination group meetings, thematic workshops and discussion group sessions on the individual components of the instrument. Larisa Vodeb, an IER representative, participated in the discussions as a member of a group focusing on the challenges of creating regional, national and European value chains from the perspective of integrating less developed regions. The discussion also focused on the challenges of managing regional innovation ecosystems and connecting stakeholders in entrepreneurial discovery processes. Dogodek je bil zasnovan kot prilo\u017enost za pregled dose\u017ekov instrumenta I3 ter za izmenjavo praks in oblikovanje prihodnjih usmeritev. V prvem delu je bil dogodek posve\u010den plenarnim razpravam in panelom, kjer so bile predstavljeni rezultati, uspe\u0161ne zgodbe projektov, sinergije z drugimi programi ter pomen instrumenta I3 za regijsko rast in evropsko konkuren\u010dnost. V drugem delu je bil dogodek bolj delovno usmerjen in je vklju\u010deval sre\u010danja koordinatorskih skupin, tematske delavnice in razprave v diskusijskih skupinah po posameznih sklopih instrumenta. Predstavnica IER mag. Larisa Vodeb je sodelovala v razpravah kot \u010dlanica diskusijske skupine, ki je bila osredoto\u010dena na izzive oblikovanja regionalnih, nacionalnih in evropskih verig vrednosti z vidika vklju\u010devanja manj razvitih regij. Diskusija se je osredoto\u010dila tudi na izzive upravljanja regionalnih inovacijskih ekosistemov ter na povezovanje dele\u017enikov v procesih podjetni\u0161kega odkrivanja. Preko izmenjav izku\u0161enj, predstavitev prakti\u010dnih pristopov, potencialnih mo\u017enostih za okrepitev sodelovanja med razvitej\u0161imi in manj razvitej\u0161imi regijami so \u010dlani skupine prispevali predloge o mo\u017enostih za nadaljnje izbolj\u0161ave instrumenta ter priporo\u010dila za obdobje po letu 2027.
