On 19 June 2025, the Government of the Republic of Slovenia adopted the Action Plan for the Implementation of the National Intellectual Property Strategy 2030, which will strengthen Slovenia's supportive environment for the creation and use of intellectual property, thereby contributing to the innovation and competitiveness of the Slovenian economy. The Institute for Economic Research also contributed to the preparation of the Action Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Action Plan sets out the specific activities planned, the responsible actors, the timetable for implementation, the target groups, the resources needed and the system for monitoring implementation. It thus constitutes the operational or implementation document for the realisation of the objectives of the National Intellectual Property Strategy 2030, adopted in 2024, which focuses on strengthening the environment for the effective creation, development, protection and management of intellectual property, increasing awareness and knowledge of intellectual property, and strengthening the role of intellectual property in the private and public sectors and in society as a whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With the adoption of the Action Plan, Slovenia continues its efforts to create an enabling innovation environment that will support economic growth, technological progress and international competitiveness.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Vlada Republike Slovenije je 19. junija 2025 sprejela Akcijski na\u010drt za izvajanje Nacionalne strategije intelektualne lastnine do leta 2030, s katerim bo Slovenija okrepila podporno okolje za ustvarjanje in uporabo intelektualne lastnine in s tem prispevala k ve\u010dji inovativnosti ter konkuren\u010dnosti slovenskega gospodarstva. Pri pripravi akcijskega na\u010drta je sodeloval tudi In\u0161titut za ekonomska raziskovanja. Akcijski na\u010drt dolo\u010da konkretne na\u010drtovane aktivnosti, odgovorne nosilce, \u010dasovnico izvedbe, ciljne skupine, potrebna sredstva ter sistem spremljanja izvajanja. S tem predstavlja operativni oziroma izvedbeni dokument za uresni\u010devanje ciljev v letu 2024 sprejete Nacionalne strategije intelektualne lastnine do leta 2030, ki se osredoto\u010da na okrepitev okolja za u\u010dinkovito ustvarjanje, razvoj, varstvo in upravljanje intelektualne lastnine, pove\u010danje ozave\u0161\u010denosti in znanja o intelektualni lastnini ter krepitev vloge intelektualne lastnine v zasebnem in javnem sektorju ter v celotni dru\u017ebi.
